Lighthouse Property Inspections findings are available immediately at the completion of the inspection, either by "Show N Tell" (if you are present) or through email that same day if you are not able to attend the inspection. Printed copies of the report can be hand delivered the next day or mailed to you directly. We offer a computerized inspection report. No hard to read hand written reports or messy carbon copy forms. Our reports have digital photos that provide you with a clear description of any deficiencies as well as an easy to read summary to list any major concerns from the inspection.
